Dinner

Local kale and broccolini (yay spring!), the end of last summer's garlic, local Canadian bacon with evoo (bought in bulk from the coop and stored in a brown beer bottle, it's awesome), salt, lemon juice and some sherry. I topped it with local eggs poached (4 minutes seems to be the magic number) and Parmesan. Drinking Lillet on ice.

Not to shabby for cleaning out the fridge night.

And fully realizing how pretentious this all becomes, I had a revelatory yoga class. I am now fully a believer. After an ill advised (because I am embarrassingly out of shape and in denial) run on Sunday and two days of groaning with each step, I'm all stretched out and ready to run again tomorrow. Anyone want to come?
