I have a ton of stuff I want to blog about - an epiphany I recently had, and this past weekend where I went camera crazy on my dog and my sister all dolled up for prom (just my sister, not the dog) - but I'm lazy at this very moment and merely want to leave you with my lunch:

Whole wheat pasta, fresh broccoli, peppers, spinach and garlic in the sauce, and freshly grated Romano and Parmesan cheeses accompanied with a low-cal antioxidant energy drink. Wow.
